Summer Grilling Recipes
There is something about the sound of a grill firing up, the smell of something charring, ice cold beverages popping open, to mark the beginning of Summer season. We love all things grilled and wanted to round up some of the most popular recipes on the blog. Along with our favorite Greek-inspired / Mediterranean grilling recipes we included some classic and staple recipes for grilling like classic burgers, seafood, showstopper mains, and grilled sides.
Section 1 — Greek & Mediterranean Inspired Grilling
Greek grilling is all about simple but bold marinades, fresh herbs, good olive oil, and letting the fire do the work. What makes Greek grilled recipes so special for summer entertaining — the flavors are vibrant, most things can be marinated overnight, and everything is made for sharing. From souvlaki skewers to a show stopping lobster and steak platter with Greek chimichurri butter, this section has something for every kind of cookout. We included some of our favourite Mediterranean sides that we love to do on the grill as well.

Section 2 — Burgers & Staple Favorites
No grilling guide would be complete without a burger — here’s the classic done right, plus some Greek and Mediterranean-inspired twists that might just become your new favorites. They are all weeknight-easy and crowd-pleasing in the best way. We love burgers for meal prep and our grilled chicken thighs are also on repeat for meal prep. Batch grilling is so great because these grilled burgers and grilled chicken thighs reheat well and stay nice & juicy.
Section 3 — Seafood on the Grill
Seafood on the grill is one of summer’s greatest pleasures — fast, flavorful, and always impressive. Shrimp Tacos are great for a casual crowd, the Shrimp Boil for a fun group dinner, and Cedar Plank Salmon for when you want something a little more special. All three are weeknight-friendly and scale up easily for a bigger gathering.
Section 4 — Steak, Ribs & Showstoppers
For when you really want to make an impression — these are the low-and-slow, fire-and-patience recipes that have everyone gathered around the grill. Worth every minute. Now we have to be honest most of the work for these recipes happens indoors - marinating for the steak and low and slow roasting for the Ribs. They only need a few minutes on the grill but those few minutes make all the difference!
Section 5 — Grilled Sides
Every great main needs the right sides — here’s a go-to grilled vegetable platter, plus links to the full sides guides if you need the complete spread.
